During this course, you will be introduced to Rumi motifs in art of Illumination (Tezhip).You will learn different type of rumi motifs, their designing principles, how to use them with other biomorphic motifs like florals alongside its historical background. The painting techniques will be applied step by step on the pattern we will conduct together.During this course you will learn how to construct your own rumi pattern and you will be supported with regular homework assignments. At the end of the course, you will have a portfolio of several rumi patterns.
