I hope you are thrilled with your purchases. However, sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be.
In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
For any undamaged or un-personalised product you wish to return, please contact us via email@example.com within 14 days of receipt stating the reason for return. You will need to give your order number, name, address and a full explanation of the reason why you wish to return the item.
The item must be shipped within 7 days of the date of initiating the return, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method (no shipping costs will be refunded except in cases where the wrong or a damaged item is received, aside from wrong or damaged goods all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser).
We will refund your purchase when we have received and checked the item. We will do everything we can to process refunds quickly, but please allow up to 10 working days.
In addition, please note the following:
• The buyer is responsible for returning the item in brand new unused condition. Please return the item in its original packaging and use a tracked delivery service, as we are unable to offer refunds on items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
• In the case of receiving an item that was damaged in delivery. Please inform the courier at time of deliver and us via the email address above on the day of delivery and be sure to include photographic evidence.
• Refunds cannot be offered for commissioned or personalised works.
• We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post-delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense
