About the event
This reproduction course focuses on a beautiful Persian manuscript page, taken from a 16th-century Quran manuscript. The course aims to instruct how to simply analyze, draw and paint this page in traditional Islamic illumination style. The participants will practice various steps of making an illuminated page; from drawing the design and preparing the paper to a finished work.
Date: October 12- Nov 30 | 3 pm - 5 pm ET (Thursdays) (Please check the time change in your country, starting at 20:00 BST and on the 29th of October it changes to 19:00 GMT)
