Ah Minel Ask / Divine Love
 
This beautiful calligraphy is written with 24 carat gold using reed pen by calligraphy master Hanifi Dursun and free hand drawn and painted by Nagihan Seymour. It is in classical tezhip style painted with hand crashed gold.
 
Created using 22 carat (genuine) yellow gold and 22 carat moon gold outlined with black ink
 
The framed size of the painting is approx. 36x42 cm. 
The frame is coming with high quality perspex.
 
This symmetrical art type is called "Tezhip" illumination which means ornamenting with gold, hence gold is one of the main material used in my paintings.
The gold is burnished in a way as to give a beautiful shine which catches the light in different ways throughout the day illuminating the pattern almost giving it life.
